What you'll do As a Supervisor for Online Travel Industry, you&#;ll manage a team; Be responsible for each individual development; Be accountable for team&#;s quality, productivity and attendance; Assist companies with requested travel plans for their workers; Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels to maximize team&#;s productivity and ensure the desired operational margin.
What you'll need Native Dutch speaker; English speaker (minimum C1 level); As a Supervisor for Online Travel Industry, you&#;ll need a minimum 6 months of experience managing teams; Experience in contact center; Bachelor´s degree required in Computer Science area (preferential); Experience in contact center; Leadership spirit, good energy and motivation, focused on team&#;s development; Fast learner and adaptable skills.
