What you'll do Ensuring the team’s development, monitoring and evaluation; Motivating the team; Managing the team daily, according to internal policies; Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators; Developing action plans for continuous improvement.
What you'll need Native French speakers; English speakers (minimum C1); Interest and passion for managing teams (experience is a plus); Solid experience in contact center, understands contact center business, trends and sales.
