What you'll do As a Supervisor for Digital Sales Project, you&#;ll manage a team of approximately 12 agents; Be responsible for each individual development, in order to be accountable for the quality, productivity and team&#;s attendance; Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels to maximize team&#;s productivity, ensuring the desired operational margin.
What you'll need Native or near native French speaker; Fluency in English (minimum C1 level); As a Supervisor for Digital Sales Project, you&#;ll need experience in sales; Experience in contact center is a plus; Experience managing teams; Availability to work in a hybrid model; Good communication skills; Diversity orientation and judgement capability.
