Role Overview.
As our Dutch Customer Agent youll be the voice of excellence providing stellar service to our clients through phone email and chat channels.
Collaborate closely with our internal teams to elevate the customer experience and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities.
Engage and Resolve.
Take charge of inquiries and tasks from our main queue chat and email.
Youll be the goto person for addressing and resolving customer needs across various channels.
Customer Support.
Deliver accurate and timely responses to customer questions ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
ProblemSolving.
When faced with customer complaints listen attentively empathize and work towards finding the best resolution while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Qualifications.
Dutch.
C1/C2 proficiency English.
