Estamos neste momento a recrutar um Social Media & Content Specialist para a empresa Scopphu, líder nacional na área de formação em gestão de projetos Ágeis.
Descrição da Posição.
Colaborando sob orientação do Diretor de Marketing, terás como principais tarefas criar, desenvolver e implementar a estratégia local de Marketing nas redes sociais, alinhada com os requisitos do Grupo HU.
Falamos de.
• Criar conteúdos envolventes para os canais de redes sociais, incluindo copywriting, imagens, vídeos e infografias; • Identificar, analisar e medir tendências e conteúdos para avaliar o seu desempenho e otimizar a experiência do utilizador; • Manter a coerência das mensagens da Marca em todos os canais sociais; • Criar e manter um calendário editorial para fornecer conteúdo direcionado com foco na geração de leads, engagement e brand awareness sob orientação da supervisão da Direção de Marketing; • Acompanhar campanhas de marketing digital a nível global e local; • Adaptar e publicar conteúdos de redes sociais globalmente produzidos, traduzindo do inglês para o português; • Analisar o desempenho das redes sociais, elaborar relatórios e propor recomendações; • Identificar novas oportunidades e formatos com base nas tendências e melhores práticas; e • Utilizar software especializado para produzir, adaptar ou editar conteúdos.
O que procuramos.
• Licenciatura/Mestrado em Comunicação, Marketing, Marketing Digital, Comunicação Social ou semelhante; • Forte sentido de criatividade, imaginação e inovação; • Excelentes competências interpessoais, habilidades de comunicação e de intercolaboração; • Conhecimento profundo de várias plataformas de redes sociais e das melhores práticas; • Capacidade de analisar métricas, dados, relatórios e tendências de consumo; • Fluência em inglês (obrigatório) e de outra língua estrangeira (add on); e • Domínio de softwares de edição de som e imagem.
