Services Business Specialist Focused on driving business performance and customer intimacy in the service domain for Portugal area.
Your role.
* Executes the EU Service commercial strategy into short-term execution in Portugal, across business.
* Close relationship with the different Modality Sales Specialists / Account Managers/ Key Account Managers, to drive the service business performance, at Point of Sales and non-Point of Sales.
* Management of customer relationship to maximize service business opportunities, together with the relevant stakeholders * Contributes to the install base and bleeders management to improve service business profitability * Main KPIs.
18-month OIT, CSG%, Contract penetration, On-time renewals, forecast accuracy, contract profitability, NPS You're the right fit if you have.
* Bachelor/master's degree * Work experience in the service area with a strong affinity for continuous improvement, with proven ability to drive change * Deliver results and manage customer expectations.
