SECURE SPRING REST ENDPOINT WITH JWT

This endpoint should facilitate the uploading of CSV files, and it should be well-protected - only accessible to users with a valid JWT token, issued via Auth0.
Below are the specifics for this task.
- **File Type Support**.
The endpoint needs to handle CSV files.
No other file types are required at this stage.
- **Validation**.
No validation is required for the structure or content of the CSV files.
The focus should be on securing the endpoint and validating the JWT token.
Ideal Skills.
- Proficiency with Spring Security - Experience working with JWT tokens, specifically those issued by Auth0.
- Previous projects that involve file upload/download functionality.
