Work with company leadership to identify revenue goals and develop sales strategies Set and meet/exceed monthly quarterly and yearly sales and revenue targets Streamline and optimize the sales processes for the sales team (810 people) Monitor and analyze sales metrics to make datadriven decisions Develop and tie sales enablement programs to KPIs and metrics for sales growth Lead sales team meetings and training sessions to enhance the team s skills and knowledge Utilize AI CRM and sales automation tools to track sales performance and manage pipeline Perform sales forecasting and submit regular sales reports Oversee sales funnel and manage CRM data Requirements Minimum Qualifications.
5 years of proven successful track record in B2C sales in the US market Excellent fluent communication in English and Ukrainian/Russian Excellent analytical skills to make datadriven decisions Proficiency in using AI CRMs dashboards analytics tools and other software Excellent people and time management skills Preferred Qualifications.
