Job Title.
Sales Development Representative for Insurance company - Portuguese Speaker in Porto Job Description The Sales Development Representative will act as a Sales Agent for one of our clients with a focus on understanding our customer needs and persistence on following up with leads and converting them into sales.

Selling premium insurance for a world renowned brand to existing and new customers; Being a loyal advocate for the brand supporting customers to understand the benefits of the insurance services available; Able to give piece of mind and security to loyal and new customers; Excellent motivation, high work ethics and a constant desire to not give up.
Required profile.
Resilience to objections and ability to overcome customer concerns to open up the sales opportunity; Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner; Prior experience on outbound sales, D2D, contact center or BPO Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convince customers to purchase insurance; Ability to self motivate, keeping an upbeat and positive attitude even on the most challenging of day; Resilience to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales quotas; Empathy and patience to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions; Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers; Willingness to collaborate and contribute to the success of the telesales team; Ability to share insights, best practices, and support fellow team members; Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies, product offerings, and customer profiles; Understanding of customer privacy and data protection regulations; Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism; Always in a good mood and dynamic! Willing and able to work from Monday to Friday; You are expected to provide background clearance (certificate for highest level of education, references from previous employment, clean criminal record).
