The problem started after I made some changes to the DNS configuration in my domain hosting panel.
The ideal freelancer for this job should have.
- Extensive experience with Office 365 email troubleshooting.
- Expertise in DNS management and understanding of domain hosting panels.
- A proven track record of resolving similar issues.
The task at hand involves.
- Diagnosing why the incoming mail is not being received.
- Implementing a solution to successfully route incoming mail to the Office 365 email ID.
- Ensuring that the changes do not affect outgoing mails or any other functionality.
Upon successfully troubleshooting this issue, incoming mails should work as intended without any disruption to the outgoing mails.
