What we are looking for: Our partner, a Tour Company that we recently acquired, needs to hire a Reservation and Customer Service Agent for the upcoming months. They are establishing a new Travel Company for personalized FIT and Group tours. As a newly established venture, they are passionate about crafting unforgettable journeys that cater to the unique preferences and interests of every traveler.Requisitos : Responsibilities: •Handle reservations and bookings via platforms, booking systems, phone, email, instagram and whatsapp etc; •Assist customers regarding tours, activities, reservations, cancellations, modifications, pricing and availability; •Communicate with our suppliers’ transport companies, restaurants, boat companies and guides etc. to operate the tours; •Assist guides in daily preparing of tours, schedules and information; •Familiarity with reservation management software or ability to learn quickly. Requirements: •Languages: Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish and/or French (preferred but not eliminatory). •Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays; •Tourism Hospitality background.
