Main Duties.
Work as part of a small group of developers, smart contract engineers and cryptography engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation Author detailed technical specifications Perform and participate in code reviews Design and manage databases related to on-chain data Developing proof of concept outputs Qualifications Must-Have Skills.
Experience in coordinating the research of MSc/PhD students or other researchers is a significant advantage Strong communication skills and ability to take an active role in technical discussions Good-to-Have.
Good understanding of Solidity Good knowledge of security protocols and knowledge of best practices for the development of smart contracts Soft Skills Requirements.
Proficiency in English language with strong written and verbal communication skills
