Admission Requirements.
Academic degree – Master in Biotechnology or Biochemistry Demonstrated experience in animal cell culture.
Experience in molecular biology.
Experience in assays such as PCR, SDS-PAGE, and western blotting.
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Good knowledge of English.
Work Plan.
The work plan aims to develop and optimize purification strategies for viral vectors produced in mammalian cells using affinity chromatography.
Additionally, the products obtained will be characterized using analytical techniques implemented in the laboratory.
Fellowship Duration.
The fellowship will have a duration of 5 months, eventually renewed until the end of project, without prejudice of the maximum limits foreseen by law.
