Admission Requirements.
Master’s degree in Biotechnology or Biochemistry with a minimum grade of 16 values.
Demonstrated experience in mammalian cell culture and production of viral vectors for gene therapy.
Experience in molecular biology.
Experience in assays such as flow cytometry, PCR, ELISA, western blotting.
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Good knowledge of English.
Work Plan.
The work plan aims to develop and optimize purification strategies for viral vectors produced in mammalian cells using affinity chromatography on magnetic supports.
Additionally, characterization of the obtained products will be conducted using analytical techniques implemented in the laboratory.
Fellowship Duration.
The fellowship will have a duration of 9 months, eventually renewed until the end of project, without prejudice of the maximum limits foreseen by law.
