Activities Your main missions will be.
• Providing a reassuring, warm and customer-friendly service for our client in English and French; • Manage customer queries about their orders and access to their accounts, payments and stock availability; • Seize the opportunity to “shine” with each interaction, showing a strong interest in the customer, with a natural appetite for communication, by becoming aware of the services offered by our client Working hours 40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday from am to pm, and from am to pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Rotating shifts You will be assigned for a daily working time of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch break.
You will be informed in advance about the working schedule.
