This role is critical in bridging scientific research and analysis with scalable software solutions, aimed at launching innovative biotech products.
We require a dynamic individual with product lifecycle experience, preferably from conception to market release.
Key Responsibilities.
Product Strategy Formulation.
Develop and define the product vision and roadmap in sync with our strategic goals.
You will work with various stakeholders.
Requirements Management.
In collaboration, gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure our team delivers software that meets market needs.
Technical Documentation.
Generate clear and comprehensive documentation and user stories to guide the development process.
Stakeholder Engagement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering and scientific teams, to align business objectives with technical requirements.
UI/UX Design.
Utilize tools like Figma to design or supervise the design of intuitive user interfaces, enhancing the end-user experience.
Required Qualifications.
- Proven experience in managing the entire product lifecycle.
- Foundational knowledge writing detailed technical and user requirement documents for software development.
- Strong communication skills, with a knack for bridging technical and business communities.
- Experience in the biotech and/or "-omics" fields is highly preferred.
Project Scope.
The contractor will be engaged on a project basis, with the potential for extension or transition to a full-time role based on performance and project evolution.
Regular check-ins with internal stakeholders will be scheduled to ensure alignment and address project dynamics.
