As a Process Lead in our Enabling team, you will be accountable for ensuring robust documentation for all of our team's processes and policy documentation and driving ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Accountabilities.
As a Process Lead, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities.
You will develop, own and maintain a library of E3S processes, ensuring all individual processes are fully and accurately documented.
You will drive ongoing assessment of processes - identifying process gaps and process effectiveness.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify process remediations or to fill process gaps.
You will also partner with our QA/QC manager to ensure that any control breaches that may require changes to our internal processes are addressed.
Essential Skills/Experience.
- Extensive process experience (development, management, improvement and implementation of) - Strong written and verbal communication skills in Business English - Significant experience of global technology implementations - Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks effectively - Demonstrated success working in a team environment - Strong numerical and analytical skills - Experience of implementing significant business change across different national and business boundaries - Experience operating in a high paced, rapidly changing project environment - Strong ethical, interpersonal and collaborative and influencing skills - Assertive and confident interacting with individuals at all levels of the organisation including senior leaders Desirable Skills/Experience.
- Prior experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, Compliance, Legal, Procurement) or a consulting firm working with pharmaceutical clients in a similar role When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
