Job Description • On strategic and architectural level.
- Advice your management on architectural strategy level.
- Drawing a vision for the future - Continuous follow-up of M365 ecosystem evolution and roadmap   • In project related tasks.
- Enabling new features and services of O365 - Review and modify existing O365 services - Look after new evolution of features and services   • In operational tasks.
- Day to day work to manage, support and maintain Microsoft Office 365 environment with a focus on SharePoint and MS Teams - Advice the business on usage of SharePoint / Teams to optimise the collaboration and communication.
- Impact assessment in case of deprecated and enhanced features and services • Typical tasks.
- Manage, support, and maintain the MS Office 365 tenants of Proximus - Skilled in supporting O365 Sharepoint / Groups / Teams - Skilled in Information management (on level of classification, retention, access, encryption) - Skilled on level of Governance including lifecycle management - Continuous improving the processes and support - Automation of recurrent tasks to support the business and operational teams (reporting, povisioning, …) - Learn quickly and show initiative when needed to implement new technologies.
Review and analyse new features/services from the Microsoft O365 roadmap - Collaborate with Enterprise architects, Project Managers, Cloud admins and System Administrators - Able to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently - Supporting Power Automate and PowerApps.
- Documenting Qualifications You are passionate about Microsoft 365 ecosystem You are an expert in Information management (on level of SharePoint – Groups – Teams) Very good scripting experience (PowerShell – Graph API - Microsoft Power Platform) O365 Admin experience is required.
