We have around sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role Ready to champion the brands that uplift daily lives? As a Pharma Sell-Out Representative with (COMPANY NAME) Lisbon, your enthusiasm will help our health products find their spotlight on shelves and in shoppers' hands.
In this role, your ability to build strong customer relationships and keen understanding of market needs will drive the (COMPANY NAME) portfolio's visibility and sales.

Your responsibilities In summary, you'll.
* Manage portfolio of pharmacies and stores in a given geographic area of Lisbon, with the purpose of increasing the customer sell out of (COMPANY NAME) brands.
The goals should be achieved through negotiation, proper implementation of account plans and sales' fundamentals; * Gather relevant information about our business partners, namely through monthly and quarterly information.

Reporting and analysis of this information and identification of improvement opportunities and growth drivers for the partnership; * Work towards cycle targets through the execution of the company's 3D priorities with assigned geographical zone, supporting the achievement of sales targets, negotiating and executing 3D's policies.
Distribution, Display and Detailing; * Satisfy the customer while maximizing added value provided to consumer, costumer and (COMPANY NAME) itself; * Establish a trust relationship with the pharmacists and pharmacy managers, disseminating (COMPANY NAME) products and providing training sessions; * Reduce out of stocks and increase distribution, comparing assortment in the point of sale and reporting incidents;Study competitors' strategy and action in the point of sale and inform the business.

Ideally focused on Pharma Sciences, other health related subject or Management.
- This is an entry level position.
Around 2 years of experience in pharma industry.
- Languages required.
Native Portuguese & Proficiency English.
Spanish will be valuable - Spanning FMCG, Consumer, or similar sectors, your sales background stands out.
- Comfortably embracing independence, you excel in carving out sales opportunities.

- Your customer service passion shines through strong, adaptable communication skills.
