The work will require less than 10 hours per week, and it's mainly composed of.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management.
You will handle my appointments using Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar.
This would include setting, changing, or cancelling meetings as necessary.
- Email and Communication Management.
You will monitor my inboxes, flagging important mails, and responding on my behalf when needed.
Some messages might need to be forwarded to others or me.
- Travel Arrangement and Booking.
When travel is required, you will be in charge of researching and booking flights, hotels, and arranging other necessary accommodations.
The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, quick in responding, and proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, and various travel booking systems.
