Departamento WSE Aveiro Horário Full-Time Estamos a recrutar um Online Customer Consultant para reforçar o nosso departamento de Customer Care garantindo o melhor acompanhamento aos nossos alunos.
Responsabilidades.
• Apoio pós venda de forma a criar programa de motivação e fidelização dos clientes; • Apoio e acompanhamento na integração dos novos alunos • Responsável por traçar e acompanhar plano de estudos; • Avaliação do Progresso dos alunos e Satisfação dos alunos • Interação com alunos e participação em atividades de estudo bem como promoção das mesmas nas redes sociais do centro; • Gestão de reclamações e pedidos para marcação de aulas; • Trabalho administrativo e de apoio aos cursos Perfil do Candidato.
• Fluente em Inglês e Português • Excelente capacidade de comunicação, interação e iniciativa; • Forte vocação para trabalho no sector de serviços e com público; • Forte capacidade para trabalhar em equipa e por objetivos; • Dinamismo e capacidade de organização; • Experiência de informática na ótica do utilizador e experiência em áreas de gestão de clientes será uma mais valia Oferecemos.
