Position Overview.
s a NorwegianSpeaking Platform Safety Representative youll be instrumental in ensuring the integrity of our platform.
Your duties will include monitoring user activity enforcing safety protocols and addressing user inquiries related to safety matters.
While prior experience in platform safety or a related field is advantageous we welcome candidates who exhibit a strong dedication to online safety and possess exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities.
Monitor user activity on the platform to identify and address safetyrelated issues.
Implement and enforce safety policies to ensure compliance and uphold a secure environment.
Responsively and professionally handle user inquiries and reports regarding safety concerns.
Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute strategies for enhancing platform safety.
Qualifications.
Proficiency in Norwegian coupled with fluency in English.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
While previous experience in platform safety or a related field is preferred its not mandatory.
