Title and Summary Mastercard Principal Members Service - Global lead (L5) Mastercard Principal Member Service – Global Product Manager (Director) Overview Mastercard Data & Services encompasses Mastercard's offerings beyond the transaction.

Within Data & Services organization, Consulting and Innovation teams aims at bringing to market innovative solutions combining the power of consulting and technology.

The role will lead D&S Mastercard Principal Member program’s initiatives to support the growth and scalability of the D&S product line’s business in Europe.
Role • Lead MPMS program at Global level.
define program’s strategy and evolution in coordination with regions, align on go-to market strategy across regions (internal and external launching plan, pricing, communication activities), performance monitoring • Own platform’s P&L and budget, ensure in strong relationships with Regional Leads financial accuracy across regions and products • Own relationship with internal Mastercard stakeholders (Advisors Client Services, Product Management, Business Development, Sales teams) to create relevant solutions for clients and drive internal and external commercial success • Guide cross-functional teams across the organization through complex problem solving to to deliver program’s vision and best in class client’s value proposition and user experience • Drive roadmap and ensure vision’s execution in close collaboration with Technical Product Manager (features, content’s enhancements required, UX, CRMs…) • Coordinate Module Leads and Global Product Managers to produce consistent narratives across content’s modules, providing sales enablement materials/trainings and support to regional teams when needed • Support needed product localization (eg local contents needs, required products in the module…) and propose action plan to the regions • Consolidate product feedback received by regions, internal stakeholders / clients and define product improvement activities All about You/Experience • Education Needed.
Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management • Relevant industry expertise • MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (preferred, not mandatory) All About You.
