The primary goal of this role is to generate leads.
As a starting business, I’m looking for someone who can craft and implement marketing strategies that will help the business grow and reach its potential.
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.
We need someone who can create a marketing plan from scratch.
You should be able to identify our target audience, create a brand message, and craft our marketing strategy accordingly.
- Lead generation.
The primary focus of our strategy is to generate leads.
That means you should be well-versed in tactics that drive customer interest and ultimately, conversions.
- Social media expertise.
Since we're specifically looking to prioritize social media for our marketing efforts, you should have a deep understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them effectively.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role for a startup or new enterprise - Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful lead generation strategies - Strong knowledge and experience in social media marketing - Excellent communication and analytical skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills If you think you have what it takes to help our new enterprise grow, I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
