Currently we are looking for Market Development Specialist Endobariatrics Location.
Greece Purpose.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams at a country and EMEA level for the definition and implementation of strategies, tactics and programs that will enable the further adoption and growth of the Endobariatric business in the market enabling on a multi-disciplinary strategic approach.
Focus on Society & KOL relationship development reimbursement and referral pathways and patient demand/ awareness generation.
Key responsibilities.
Collaborate with EMEA and country leadership to develop a fully detailed country business strategy for Endobariatrics.
Include stated objectives and ac on plans, inclusive of the market mapping and market research, identifying trends, competitors, potential gaps and exploiting new opportunities in the assigned country/region.
Coordinate with local country leaders to plan and execute expansion of the EndoBariatrics & business also supporting the field sales organization training when needed.
Support the execution of physician and staff training and education, patient education events when necessary.
Manage the development and implementation of KOL advisory boards, customer programs, and networks.
Execute key Society engagement & management strategies & tactics to support the advocacy and support of EndoBariatrics.
Execute ongoing identifica on of new opportunities and markets to be explored, offering understanding, tracking of competitors and market shifts, review of the broad strategic direction.
Requirements.
Previous relevant experience in sales/business development role in medical devices -preferably in bariatric area Fluency in English Very good communication and sales skills Strong analytical skills What we offer.
