We need your expertise to bring our project in compliance with the town's regulations.
Key Responsibilities.
- Address building dimension corrections - Ensure zoning compliance - Detail Site Development Plan - Create Preliminary Grading - Draft Preliminary Utility Your knowledge of local zoning laws, structural detailing, and capacity to produce all required submissions are critical for this role.
As you'll be working on an in-progress plan, we're expecting you to have excellent problem-solving skills, a meticulous eye for details, and an ability to meet strict deadlines.
