LARAVEL EXPERT FOR TWO-TASKS WHICH ARE SEPARATE

I need a Laravel Expert to make two separate tasks urgently.
Task 1.
Wherever something specific is not specified, you have complete freedom of choice.
We have a website for client X.
The client wants additional functionality.
The information from it is.
Landing Page Creation.
We develop a dedicated website page designed to collect inquiries.
This page will be accessible via a QR code located on posters at the points of sale.
Request Form.
We embed a request form on the page where customers can enter their name and phone number and agree to the terms and conditions.
We provide an option to read the general terms and conditions and a checkbox to confirm them.
Request Registration.
When the customer confirms their request, the information is automatically recorded in the website's system.
Employee Notification.
The system automatically sends an email notification to the online sales staff for each new registered customer.
Customer Communication.
A designated employee contacts the customer to discuss the details and complete the process.
User Interface Development for Employees.
We are adding new login functionality to the website designed for employees.
This allows them to log in and manage requests.
Accountability and Feedback.
Employees have the ability to mark the status of each request - whether it has been processed, as well as add a comment about the progress of the process and the result of connecting with the customer, including information about successful and unsuccessful sales.
Technical requirements.
Use Laravel for backend.
Use Laravel migrations to create the tables.
Implement Eloquent to interact with the database.
Integrate Laravel Mail to send emails.
For frontend, use Blade along with Bootstrap (or Tailwind CSS).
Maybe something ready, open-source.
Frontend is not a priority.
Optional.
- Write Pest (or PHPUnit) tests to verify and ensure the operation of core functionalities, including user operations.
Documentation.
A [login to view URL] file should contain instructions for installing and running the task.
Task 2.
The application should store information about our new customers.
• The database should contain 2 tables – customers and countries.
o Fields for customers – ID, First name, Last name, Email (should be unique), Phone, Country ID, City, Active, Created, Changed.
You can add more by your choice o Fields for countries – ID, Code (2-digit code), Name.
Insert a couple of countries.
You will use them later.
• Create a list with all customers available in the DB • Add create/edit functionalities.
Requirements.
o Country field should be a dropdown populated from the DB o Active field should be a checkbox o Show how many months the client is registered in our DB o Validate the inputs in the backend (basic validation) • Add delete customer functionality • Implement a simple search functionality.
The search fields are by your choice.
• Create “Import from CSV” functionality for adding new clients into the DB.
Mandatory fields - email and country.
Rules.
You can use – Laravel, JS libraries, Google search, etc.
The frontend is not important, so don’t lose time on it.
