BETTER Tasks Ensure transversal monitoring monitoring of projects and continuous improvement processes Promote compliance with project management methodologies and strategies defined by the organization Participate in the refinement of continuous improvement methodologies and processes Support and monitor project managers from different teams Promote training and sharing of knowledge about project management Carry out internal audits to evaluate projects and implement improvements Control indicators KPIs and OKRs defined for the area Monitor trends methodologies and best practices for the area.
Requirements Degree in Computer Engineering Management or similar area Experience as a PMO 3/4 years Experience in managing complex projects Experience in contact with different teams Experience or contact with tools such as Jira and Confluence Proficient with reporting and dashboards with PowerBI and Excel Fluent in both English and French Based in Lisbon Portugal
