Role Description.
As an ItalianSpeaking Technical Support Representative youll play a pivotal role in delivering highquality technical assistance to our Italianspeaking customers.
Your responsibilities will include.
Providing timely and effective technical support to customers via phone email or chat channels.
Troubleshooting software and hardware issues and providing solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Documenting customer interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system for future reference.
Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers on new features and functionalities.
Contributing to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles to assist customers in resolving common technical issues independently.
Requirements.
Fluency in Italian with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical experience and proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think analytically under pressure.
Previous experience in technical support or a related field is required.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools is advantageous.
