Position Overview.
As our ItalianSpeaking Financial Controller your responsibilities will encompass supervising financial activities analyzing data and providing strategic insights to support decisionmaking processes.
Your duties will include overseeing accounts receivable monitoring financial performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
While a bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field is preferred we welcome applicants with relevant experience and a strong affinity for financial management.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead accounts receivable processes to optimize cash flow and reduce delinquencies.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports budgets and forecasts analyzing variances to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct meticulous financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal policies.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Offer strategic guidance to senior management based on thorough financial analysis and market insights.
Qualifications.
Fluent in Italian with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English is also required.
Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field is desirable.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable finance or a related field.
Proficiency in financial management software and the Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
Strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
