In this role you will assume a pivotal position in the training and optimization of our AI chatbots to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities.
Training Program Development.
Devise and execute training programs for AI chatbots ensuring their optimal performance and fostering user engagement.
Collaborative Analysis.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather data analyze user interactions and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Performance Evaluation.
Continuously assess chatbot performance and provide recommendations for enhancements based on evaluations.
Training and Support.
Offer handson training and support to internal teams and external clients on chatbot functionality and best practices.
Industry Awareness.
Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI technology integrating new insights into chatbot training strategies.
Qualifications.
Proficiency in Italian coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
A genuine passion for artificial intelligence and an eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
While a Bachelors degree in computer science linguistics or a related field is preferred it is not mandatory.
Previous experience in chatbot training or related fields is advantageous though not essential.
Strong analytical skills an eye for detail and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
