The Central Reservation Office of NH Hotel Group and Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is recruiting a Trainer (M/F).

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bilingual level of English and Portuguese ( Italian, French & Dutch is a plus)
-One year of experience in sales
-Very good communication skills
-Flexibility
-Proactivity and initiative
-Empathy
-People skills
FUNCTIONS:
-Provide good training using techniques, resources, and strategies with materials to improve the professional skills of new agents.
-Check the level reached by the agents to follow up with those who require to improve, creating specific plans for them such as weekly personal goals to promote its shortcomings.
-Provide positive feedback and areas for improvement to those agents with good performance.
-Audits agents to ensure call quality and optimize sales
-Designing and creating learning opportunities tailored to the characteristics of individuals or groups through their needs to guide them in their process.
-Create optimal learning conditions to know how use all the programs of the company, being important for the beginning and development of the person in the company.
