In this role you will play a crucial part in training and optimizing our AI chatbots to provide exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities.
Develop and implement training programs for AI chatbots ensuring optimal performance and user engagement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data analyze user interactions and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct ongoing evaluations of chatbot performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
Provide handson training and support to internal teams and external clients on chatbot functionality and best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in AI technology incorporating new insights into chatbot training strategies.
Qualifications.
Fluent in Italian with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for artificial intelligence and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Bachelors degree in computer science linguistics or a related field preferred but not required.
Prior experience in chatbot training or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
