Procuramos um IT Workplace Service Desk para um projeto em Lisboa.
Responsabilidades.
Gestão e atendimento de tickets de forma remota, garantindo o cumprimento dos KPIs acordados com a empresa; Comunicação oral e escrita com funcionários para gerenciamento de solicitações/incidentes; Instalação e suporte ao software Office 365, VPN corporativa com Cisco AnyConnect e VPNs de cliente; Suporte aos sistemas operacionais e ferramentas corporativas; Instalação e atualização de drivers; Suporte a incidentes relacionados à conexão Wi-Fi/LAN em dispositivos; Suporte à configuração de impressoras corporativas; Incidentes de e-mail e ferramentas corporativas em dispositivos móveis (iOS e Android).
Requisitos.
2+ anos de experiência em serviços de Service Desk; Experiência em gestão de tickets através de ferramentas de ticketing; Experiência em instalação e suporte a ferramentas do Office 365; Experiência em suporte a sistemas operacionais e drivers; Experiencia em suporte a incidentes de dispositivos de conexão Wi-Fi/LAN; Espanhol e Português nível B2 ou superior; Valorizado conhecimentos em Inglês; Valorizado certificação em ITIL Foundation.
