Job Description.
Are you passionate about leveraging IT solutions to optimize HR processes? Do you thrive in an international, collaborative environment? (COMPANY NAME) Portugal is seeking a highly motivated IT Technical Consultant for HR to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities.
* Serve as an IT process expert for performance management within our international team, bringing a high level of motivation and engagement to the table.
* Act as a vital consulting interface between the IT and HR departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of business objectives.
* Coordinate support activities directly with vendors, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
* Drive the development and implementation of concepts and changes in HR solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
* Possess comprehensive end-to-end solution knowledge pertaining to HR provisioning of IT solutions, services, and products.
* Demonstrate basic project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
* Collaborate closely with regional solutions teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
* Configure HR IT systems based on projects, change requests, or critical incidents, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
Qualifications.
* Strong software development skills and proficiency in ABAP.
* Educational background in business informatics, computer science, economics, or a related field, coupled with profound knowledge in software development.
* A team player mindset with openness to intercultural collaboration and a proactive, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Portuguese.
* Structured, goal-oriented, and independent, with a strong customer-oriented focus.
* Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with a responsible and reflective attitude.
* Effective moderation and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
