The IT System Administrator is accountable for overseeing the seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, managing stock inventory, and coordinating the distribution of technical resources across the organization.
Additionally, this role involves managing and maintaining the core services IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency at all times, all while excelling in crafting precise and standardized documentation for essential IT processes.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Provide and manage Cloud Services (Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure, AD Services, Service Now, Workday) Deliver first and second level support Ensure compliance with company policies (IT-Security/Data Protection) Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies IT-Support for relevant IT issues Set up workstations for new hires Install and configure software and hardware TO SUCCEED YOU NEED At least 2 years of experience as an IT System Administrator Experience in Office 365, Exchange Online and MFA Experience in active directory and technical support Experience in MDM (Intune, Jamf, Baramundi) Experience in IT-Security (DLP, Disaster Recovery, HA Systems) Agile mindset and toolset experience Experience in project management Self organised and solution oriented Availability to work on a hybrid setup Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH Open source software No top-down hierarchy.
