We're looking for a talented and adventurous IT Support to keep the systems running smoothly in order to maintain order and balance in the galaxy.

The job As an IT Support on the Death Star you'll be in charge of battling rebellious hardware malfunctions and navigating network glitches.
The Death Star is the epitome of technological innovation and power.
Your skills will be put to the test as you work alongside a team of fellow adventurers and droids committed to keeping the Death Star operational.
Your daily tasks will include.
Support the use of life pods for the entire Death Star and report to Signal Support Analysts Provide technical support to users onboard the Death Star, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Monitor system performance and security, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to prevent disruptions Document support activities, procedures, and configurations to ensure accurate and up-to-date records Working alongside the maintenance droids Your Qualifications You speak English fluently + another European language as you native tongue Experience with a lightsabor is non mandatory but a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users at all levels of the organisation.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of performance, security, and confidentiality.
