Your objective is to guarantee the provisioning, maintenance, optimization, and commissioning of our infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Implementing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing processes in IT Operations projects, controlling costs and capacity planning, and managing teams of external providers in the area of Linux/Unix System Administration; - Conduct automation processes with new technologies to ensure continuous service improvement; - Ensure compliance with specific regulatory guidelines for banking and respond to internal and external audits; - Be responsible for communicating, collaborating, and managing the relationship with internal and external stakeholders planning activities, and sharing information regarding the state of the Service; - Drawing up specifications for the purchase of hardware and services and analyzing and evaluating proposals.
