Project Overview.
We are developing a property with five identical small villas, each with a ground area of 100m², inclusive of a small garden.
The main structure of each villa will be based on containers, and we need compelling, modern designs for our proof of concept.
What We Provide.
– Rough floor plan and basic layout of the property.
– Visual mood boards with material and design inspiration.
Design Vision.
We aim for functional, minimal living spaces with no compromise on design execution.
The designs should have an Instagram-worthy effect and align with the expectations of travelers in Bali.
Key Responsibilities.
– Visualize our villa/container concept.
– Adhere to functional design principles for minimal living while maintaining high design standards.
– Create engaging, modern-style designs with unique details.
– Use a neutral color palette (white, beige, grey) and natural materials for interiors.
– Showcase the natural beauty of the container’s rusty color for exteriors, complemented by a green, lush garden to integrate the structure into the natural environment.
Ideal Candidate.
Extensive experience in residential interior and exterior design, especially with villas.
Proven ability to present creative ideas that resonate with modern tastes.
Proficiency in color matching and selection according to our preferences.
Familiarity with Bali and its design sensibilities is a plus.
