The objective of this project is to develop a PHP application that enables sending messages to customers via the WhatsApp platform using the official WhatsApp Business API.
This application will be useful for effective communication with customers, sending notifications, order confirmations, appointment reminders, among other relevant messages for the business.
Key Features.
Authentication and Authorization.
Implement a secure authentication system to protect access to the application and ensure that only authorized users can send messages via the WhatsApp API.
Integration with WhatsApp API.
Utilize the official WhatsApp Business API to send text messages, images, files, and other supported content types.
Contact Management.
Develop a system to manage the list of customer contacts, allowing for adding, editing, and deleting contacts as needed.
Message Templates.
Create predefined message templates to facilitate the sending of common messages, such as order confirmations, appointment reminders, promotions, etc.
Activity Logging.
Implement an activity logging system that records all interactions performed through the application, including message sending, delivery status, etc.
