This organization was created to provide support to international students or young graduates in finding internship opportunities in Portugal.

BUSINESS - Business administration REQUIREMENTS.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
TASKS.
Team Management.
Lead and coordinate a team of individuals to effectively execute partnership strategies and meet organizational goals.
Market Research.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partners and landlords who align with our company's objectives and values.
Partnership Development.
Cultivate relationships with potential partners, negotiate terms, and ultimately secure partnership agreements.
Management.
Oversee the tasks of the team Communication.
Maintain clear and open communication channels with internal team members and external partners throughout the partnership process.
WORKING HOURS.
40 hours per week LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE.
English B2/C1 FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION.
