Responsabilidades - Registar e validar as encomendas dos clientes verificando a disponibilidade de stocks; - Garantir o planeamento adequado; - Confirmar encomendas e datas de entrega, manter os portais dos clientes atualizados; - Coordenar os transportes de acordo com o planeamento, em colaboração com o armazém; - Organizar transportes requisitados por outros departamentos,garantindo a informação sobre o estado de entrega; - Emitir aviso de expedição aos clientes; - Garantir o cumprimento dos requisitos logísticos específicos (ex.
identificação e acondicionamento); - Manter o arquivo organizado e atualizado; - Emitir e validar faturas, notas de crédito, débito e guias de transporte; - Registar os movimentos de saída de embalagens retornáveis; - Direcionar corretamente os assuntos dos clientes e que não se enquadrem na função de Serviço de Apoio ao Cliente; - Cumprir e garantir o cumprimento das normas internas de Qualidade, Ambiente e Segurança.
Requisitos - Ensino Secundário e/ou Licenciatura em Comércio Internacional ou áreas similares; - Experiência mínima de 4 a 5 anos em funções semelhantes; - Experiência no setor da industria automóvel; - Experiência com gestão de clientes OEM e gestão de encomendas e stocks; - Experiência com linhas de produção Tier 1 e Tier 2; - Formação específica nas plataformas dos clientes e transportadores/operadores logísticos; - Conhecimentos em organização de transportes e cálculos de espaço para transporte; - Nível intermédio de inglès; - Nível intermédio de alemão (preferencial).
