Full Time Your future duties and responsibilities 5+ years of experience as a Developer & Support, with hands-on experience working on IIB.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and willing to learn and contribute in other areas of project.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities.
• Level 2 application support o Receiving and Acknowledging tickets o Incident triaging and priority assessment o Assignment of incidents o Incident resolution o Application monitoring and preventive maintenance o Weekly status and SLA reporting • Incident and problem management o Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex production application defects o Identify root cause and devise and implement permanent solutions to recurring defects • Manage process improvements • Review and take actions on operational metrics reporting • Perform minor application upgrades / patches • Support infrastructure maintenance / validation • Build and maintain application monitoring, optimization and utilization o Devise or modify programs to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
• Support disaster recovery testing / validation • Support business resiliency testing / validation • Audit support and issue remediation • Support LOB/operations and adhoc requests o Analyze business user needs and provide optimal technical solutions • Support Risk management (vulnerabilities, patches) • Monitor production jobs and environments Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Skills.
IIB Production support, UNIX/Linux, Unix Shell scripting, SQL Years of experience.
4-7 Years Location.
Hyderabad/Bangalore Shift.
Night Shift only Notice period.
