Your ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish is crucial for this position.
Your commitment will be 15 hours per week (3 hours per day, 5 days a week) Here's what the job entails.
During the first 2 hours.
- Posting daily in different Facebook groups - Responding to Facebook messages - Adding data to a spreadsheet from the Facebook messages - Comparing houses in the area to determine the probable selling price (I can provide training for this).
In the 3rd hour.
-CRM tasks - I can show you how to use KV Core CRM.
It mainly involves sending emails or text messages to leads (potential clients).
No prior experience is required, but ideal candidates should have an enthusiastic approach to work, possess excellent organizational skills, and be technologically fluent.
