What is your mission? Collaborate effectively with People & Organizational topics, oriented for a better employee experience.
Assist with onboarding of new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including planning and organizing company events and activities.
Assist with HR compliance tasks such as maintaining employee files and updating HR policies and procedures.
Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment and processing of employee benefits.
Assist with training and development initiatives, including scheduling and coordinating training sessions.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Share and search about innovative e-learning standards, methods, learning platforms, best practices.
Participate, organize and follow-up on all employer branding activities, such as internal trainings external events, open houses, conferences, meet-ups, among other activities inherent to the area.
Help when necessary in recruitment tasks and needs.
Help when necessary in payroll tasks and needs.
What do we need? Either currently pursuing or have graduate from a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or related would be desirable Previous experience would be plus Fluency in English & Portuguese both spoken and written; Good command of Excel; Soft Skills.
Creative for new solutions & analytical spirit; Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work; Good communication and interpersonal skills interacting with people from various countries, cultures and all business levels; Problem Solving and Internal Client Focus; Proactive and dynamic; Rigorous and detailed.
