Specifically, we're focusing on creating CMS pages, excluding Shop and registration functionalities.
Here are the key specifications for the design.

**General Website Design:** - Adopt a color scheme featuring red/maroon, black, white, and gray tones.
- Utilize fonts and layout similar to the Groove Competition website.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness.
- Implement effective SEO practices.
- Optimize website loading speed and navigation.
2.
**Menu Structure:** - The menu should consist of 10 page links.
Home, Teams, Judging, Sponsors, Venue, Artists, Parties, Tickets, Contact, and History.
- Menu items should be clearly legible, preferably in white font.
- Include a red scrolling tagline in the menu bar.
