your core duties.
● oversee the day-to-day delivery of our european trading team providing priorities, guidance and, mentorship to ensure they meet delivery and performance targets ● execute campaign set up across various platforms, campaign performance monitoring, and optimizing strategies (60% of your time) ● responsible for the outputs of the trading department for our business units (countries) ● allocate trading resources depending on the business priorities and workload in each country ● manage the relationship with external partners supplementing our team when business requires it ● collaborate with head of cs/account managers to develop media trading strategies aligned with campaign goals and objectives of our tier 1 clients ● contribute to improving our internal monitoring and reporting suite ● stay updated with industry trends.
