Responsabilidades - Elaborar o Plano de Ação anual e mensal do departamento alinhado com os objetivos estratégicos; - Coordenar as equipas, atribuindo recursos e avaliando o desempenho dos colaboradores; - Supervisionar o controle de stock para evitar quebras; - Conduzir briefings diários para definir objetivos e atualizar a equipa; - Monitorizar o fluxo de clientes e recolher dados para KPIs; - Motivar e garantir a satisfação da equipa.
Requisitos - Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções similares (preferencial); - Fluência em Inglês e Espanhol oral e escrito (obrigatório); - Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador; - Habilidade em gestão, análise e vendas; - Foco na excelência do atendimento ao cliente; - Capacidade de liderança, motivação de equipes e resolução de problemas; - Flexibilidade de horários e participação ativa no crescimento do negócio.
