As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for defining and implementing product strategies aligned with the company’s strategy, business goals and market trends..
You will lead a talented team and oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and iteration.
This role requires a visionary leader who combines strategic thinking with effective execution, ensuring that our products meet the market needs and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy.
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company strategy, business goals and market trends.
Team Leadership.
Lead and inspire a cross-functional product team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Product Development.
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality, user-centric solutions.
Market Research.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and stay informed about industry trends.
User Experience.
Champion user experience design, collaborating with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and engaging product interfaces.
Roadmap Planning.
Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and sales, to align product initiatives with overall company objectives.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar leadership role at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
Demonstrated success in leading product development teams and delivering successful products to market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align product initiatives with business goals.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
