We are looking for an Head of Operations Development (HOD) that leadsand manages all activities within the operations development department ofColoplast Manufacturing Portugal. This includes responsibility for IT/OTat the site, automation and other local technical-process developments,transfer- and other projects and the local tool shop. O que terás de fazer- Drive the establishment of a new technical department implementing all required processes and working closely with relevant manufacturing sites and global functions;- Ensure efficient transfer of production including knowledge transfer in close co-operation with the other manufacturing sites, global organizations, and the local teams;- Ensure implementation of local IT solutions and hardware in close cooperation with Global IT, facility management and other stakeholders;- Establish strong relations to and good collaboration with the site in Nyírbátor, Hungary where the production to be transferred is currently being done;- Lead and manage the operations development department comprising specialists, technicians, and project managers with strong technical backgrounds;- Implement automation and other technical improvements to the production equipment;- Ensure a strong focus and prioritization of environmental, health and safety aspects throughout all activities of the department;- Accountable for successful production transfers from other manufacturing sites.O que precisas de garantir- Relevant degree in Engineering or Manufacturing (B.
